Sunny Brook Cabins are located near Grayson Lake, Kentucky. Nestled against the scenic coves of Grayson Lake, Sunny Brook provides each visitor with a truly relaxed and down home place to get away from the rushed lives we live. Visitors are surrounded by some of Kentucky’s best golf, fishing and hiking areas. Due to the passing away of the Owner, Mr. Tom Pennington, of Sunny Brook Cabins, we are no longer taking weekend rentals on the cabins. For now, we are leasing the cabins on a long term leases only; a minimum of Six Months. The cabins are also “For Sale”, either all together as a business or individually.
